Account information
When you create a Hairify account with email or Google, Hairify uses your email address, account identifier and any name you provide to sign you in and save your profile. Google sign-in requests basic identity information; it does not give Hairify access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
Storage and service providers
Supabase processes authentication and stores account profiles. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. These services process the information needed to operate the website, including technical request and security information. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Your shopping bag and favourites are stored in this browser.
Current storefront
Preview products cannot be purchased. When live ordering is enabled, Hairify stores your contact details, order items, collection information and order history to fulfil your orders. Booking requests, reviews and support messages are saved to your account and can be accessed by authorised store staff. Payment card information is not collected by this website. Automated order emails and AI support are not currently connected. If you follow a WhatsApp or Instagram link, that service handles your interaction under its own privacy policy.
Your choices and contact
You can edit your saved name in My account, sign out, and clear your browser storage. To ask about your information or request account deletion, contact nxawilliams@gmail.com. Account information remains stored until it is deleted; requests can be made using that address.
